BLND Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all BLND products are haircare and personal care items (shampoo, conditioner, treatments and oils), we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product.
This is to maintain strict hygiene standards and protect all customers — once products leave our premises, we can’t resell them, even if they appear unused.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damages, issues & incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

your item is damaged or leaking

your product is faulty, or
-
you’ve received the wrong item
Email: hello@blndpro.com with your order number, photos and a description of the issue so we can review it and make it right where possible (replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the situation).
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

opened or used products
-
products where the hygiene seal, tamper seal, or packaging has been broken or removed

products you no longer want / change of mind

sale items or gift cards
If the seal on any product is broken, the item is automatically ineligible for return or refund.
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please email us before sending anything back.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To be eligible under this cooling-off period:

products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging

the hygiene seal must be intact
-
you must provide proof of purchase
If you wish to exercise this right, please email hello@blndpro.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we have sent an incorrect or faulty item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Refunds (where applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@blndpro.com.
