BLND Shipping Policy
We aim to make sure your BLND products reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition — no matter where you are in the world.
All orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
📦 Processing Time
Orders placed before 3PM (UK time) are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 3PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

All UK orders are shipped via a tracked service, and you’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
🌍 International Shipping
We proudly ship BLND products worldwide.
Europe (EU): 2–11 working days
Rest of the world: 3–17 working days
International delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon receipt of your order.
❗Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email hello@blndpro.com with your order number and tracking details so we can look into it for you.
We’ll always do our best to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time during busy periods or for international customs clearance.
